The Dharma Center is open for meditation in person on Sundays at 9:15 AM. We will continue online events also.
We always welcome visitors at the Dharma Center when we are open for meditation, teachings, or other events. We say prayers in English and Tibetan, followed by 15 or 20 minutes of meditation. Then we listen to teachings via Zoom from Geshe Dakpa Topgyal (our spiritual director) from Charleston. Please dress comfortably and be prepared to remove your shoes, and we have both cushions and chairs, so you may choose a seat. Whether you are new to Buddhism or coming from another Buddhist tradition, you can learn more about our center on our Introduction for Newcomers page.
