The New Year is the time for us to reflect on the past and prepare for the future, and Ven. Chonyi’s teachings on Vajrasattva purification will help us turn our minds toward a new beginning in 2014.

The Four Thoughts are the main topics of the small scope of the Lam Rim: precious human birth, impermanence, karma, and the reality of cyclic existence. Understanding these provides the essential foundation for practicing the three principal aspects of the path to full awakening. We'll learn how to meditate on these in our daily practice and how to practice them in our daily lives.
