Introduction to Meditation Online Class
Every Thursday Evening 6:30-7:00 PM via Zoom
Many people are interested in learning more about the meditation practice as performed in the Gelugpa Tibetan Buddhist tradition. SCDG is offering a series of meetings that combine 15 minutes of instruction and discussion about meditation with 15 minutes of practice. Currently the group joining this are a combination of those who have never meditated, those with meditation experience from other traditions, and newcomers to Buddhist meditation. These meetings are led by experienced senior students who have studied the teachings of Geshe Dakpa Topgyal as well as other Gelugpa meditation instructors. All are welcome to join us.
We are following the pattern of teaching that we've discussed with Geshe Topgyal, possibly on these dates. However, topics may turn out to need more than one discussion, so these dates could change.
