Prostration Prayer

       May the negativities, obscurations, and karmic debts of myself and of others be purified by the power of the prostrations that I make here before the Three Ultimate refuge.

  By folding the palms together making it jewel shape, May I attain the perfect unification of the skillful means of compassion and the wisdom of emptiness.

  By touching the palms at my crown, May I reach the state of Buddhahood in the land of Oak-Min, no above.

 By touching the palms at my forehead, May the negativities and obscurations of my body be purified instantly.

 By touching the palms at my throat, May the negativities and obscurations of my speech be purified instantly.

 By touching the palms at my heart, May the negativities and obscurations of my mind be purified instantly.

 By unfolding the two hands, May the two perfection form body perform beneficial deeds towards sentient beings.

 By touching the two knees on the ground, May I be free from samsaric unfortunate birth of lower beings.

 By touching the forehead on the ground, May I attain the state of radiant light of the ultimate state of non-duality.

 By stretching the two hands and two legs, May the four enlightened activities be spontaneously perfected.

 By stretching the muscles and nerves of my body, May the knots of entire charkas be released and loosened.

 By bending and straightening up the spinal psychic channel, May all psychic prana/wind be entered within the Avadhatu, the central psychic channel.

 By standing up instantly after touching my body on the ground, May I attain Nirvana, state of non-abiding in the samsara.

 By repeating this physical gesture over many times, May I release sentient beings by not abiding in the bliss of Nirvana for one's own satisfaction.

 The merits that I have just accumulated by performing the full body prostration, May I reach the state of Buddhahood, for the benefit of all sentient beings without exception.
