Our spiritual director, Geshe Dakpa Topgyal, comes from Charleston to Columbia periodically to teach on Friday and Saturday. We also have discussions, meditation, and an introductory class on meditation on the weeks he is not here. The meeting schedule is posted on our web site.

We have two options for your participation. The first is membership and for this there are monthly dues based on the following schedule:

Annual Personal Income     Monthly Dues
$15,000 - $30,000               $25.00
$30,000 - $60,000               $40.00
$60,000 - $90,000               $75.00
$90,000 & up                      $100.00

Membership in the South Carolina Dharma Group is voluntary and not required in order to participate in teachings and most events. Some events, such as retreats, may be restricted to dues-paying members in good standing.

All money contributed goes to support our teachers and expenses to keep our center open. In addition to the satisfaction of knowing you are a committed supporter of SCDG, membership benefits include discounts for special events, 10% off Dharma merchandise, an invitation to and voting participation in membership meetings and a vote at our annual meeting held the first Monday in September.
